Return Policy

Carnaby and Vine goes to great lengths to ensure every gift is delivered in perfect condition and therefore does not offer returns. Should the gift arrive in a less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery at info@carnabyandvine.com so we have the opportunity to make it right. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
